Making
A battle fantasy manga produced by a technical human resources company.
Background of WING production
We created WING with the hope that people would enjoy manga, a purely Japanese cultural content.
We hope that WING will help overseas engineers become interested in Japan and learn more about our company.
Contents of WING
It is a battle fantasy set in Japan.
Although it is a fictional world, it is based on famous places in Japan, so we have created a worldview so that you can enjoy sightseeing in Japan by reading WING!
Why Battle Fantasy?
We thought that the content of the company and the way of working would be boring because of the nature of the manga content.
Overseas, there are many battle fantasies in which "ninjas" and "samurai" play an active role. Due to the nature of the work, I thought that it would be meaningless if the content was not enjoyed first.
Highlights of WING
The main character is a foreign-looking man named "Hark Willing" , is very empathetic! He uses his empathy to develop a group of friends, who have the personalities of people he would encounter if he worked in Japan. The highlight of the film is when Hark and his (Japanese-looking) friends understand each other and bond with each other as they take on their enemies and grow!
Thoughts to be conveyed through WING
Through WING, we hope to give overseas engineers an idea of what it is like to work in Japan, what kind of people are there, and what kind of personalities they are like.
For people from overseas, working in Japan can be confusing due to cultural differences and a different environment. In the same way that Hark, the main character in WING, gradually came to understand and bonded with his (Japanese-like) fellow workers, so too in the real world. This is what we want to convey!
